My fiance sent out the k-1 along with the needed documents on 8/19 1pm to the TX lockbox through FedEx and it will arrive there by Fri. I hope it goes by fast cause I'm missing her and my daughter so much. Thanks for all the help VJ!!!

03-17-14: case shipped to NVC

03-24-14: nvc receive

05-02-14: lawyer receive email of case # and IIN

05-02-14: pay both aos and iv

05-10-14: both appear paid

05-10-14: ds-260 submitted

05-26-14: both package mailed

05-30-14: nvc received both package

07-03-14: CASE COMPLETE :)

07-09-14: got my INTERVIEW DATE! (By a phone call)

07-10-14: appointment letter receive

MEDICAL AND EMBASSY

07-14-14: medical

07-15-14: result (passed)

08-08-14: interview date (APPROVED)

08-14-14: VISA ON HAND :D

GREEN CARD AND SSN

08-28-14: Paid ELIS

09-09-14: POE. ALOHA HAWAII ;)

09-13-14: SSN received

09-26-14: USCIS GC initial review

09-29-14: produced

10-03-14: GC arrived :))))

MAY 01, 2014: Met in person and got Engaged!
JULY 01, 2014: Sent I-129F Packet to Dallas Lockbox
JULY 04, 2014: Received via USPS Tracking
JULY 09, 2014: USCIS received the case - route to CSC - notified via email/text
JULY 10, 2014: NOA1 Hardcopy received and ARN changed
SEPTEMBER 26, 2014: Approved!!! (via USCIS site)...yipeee!!!! (80 days from NOA1)
OCTOBER 01, 2014: Got NOA2 Hardcopy
OCTOBER 15, 2014: Called NVC and got our MNL case # (19 days after approval)
OCTOBER 20, 2014: Paid the visa fee (BPI)
OCTOBER 22, 2014: Case status "In Transit". Completed and submitted DS-160 Form

APRIL 23, 2015 : Case Is Ready To Be Scheduled For An Interview

APRIL 29, 2015 : Received letter from USCIS for my initial interview

MAY 27, 2015 : EAD and AP is approved

MAY 29, 2015 : Interview.... APPROVED!!!

JUNE 04, 2015 : EAD/AP combo card received

@Zedayn - wow!!! it only took you about 3 months to be approved? that was fast!!! i hope mine goes by fast too, i really miss my daughter and my fiance.

I tracked down the package and it has already been delivered. What would be the next step? should my fiance just wait for a text or email?

My fiance still have not received the NOA1 hard copy through the mail. It has been 3 weeks ago that she received the email for the NOA1. Should she just wait? Does it usually take this long? what can she do to maybe follow it up? Thanks
