I guess my concern is on the automated service it states the case was transferred and now pending and undergoing standard processing... Not sure what that means

I wasn't transferred but that "180" days is the 5-6 month "standard" processing time, and that should be from your NOA 1, not from the date it was transferred, that wouldn't make sense. The April / May cases that were transferred from TSC to CSC were only transferred bc of the back log at TSC from VSC not doing K1 anymore. The back log messed with TSC so badly that to "catch everything up" to the "standard" processing time they transferred most April / May cases to CSC. Once CSC is done with those April / May ( because they are suppose to be done in order of date ) TSC will be done with the Jan / Feb / March that are STILL pending -some- well past the "standard" time.. BOTH TSC & CSC will move forward to June / July and HOPEFULLY all will be back to the "standard" processing time ...... I hope this helped some, and I wouldn't stress too much about the 180 days that the automated told you. There is a new director in charge and they are finally trying to get things cleaned up (especially after the system crashing) and back in normal order !!!!! Best of luck!!!!

Does that also mean Csc original filers will be seeing a 5-6 month rather than sickening 1.5-2 mo approval time while April and May tsc transfers are processed?

But it has the receipt ## and at the bottom an A##

Your case was transferred and those numbers are on your transfer notice, correct? That is not an approval notice. Your petition was just transferred. Now you have to wait for the approval notice. Everyone gets an A#, and that A# will not change. You will need it later after you marry and file for AOS. It will be printed on your green card.

Alien Registration Number (“A” Number) or Alien Number

A unique seven-, eight- or nine-digit number assigned to a noncitizen at the time his or her A-file is created. The 9-digit U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services number listed on the front of Permanent Resident Cards (Form I-551) issued after May 10, 2010, is the same as the Alien Registration Number. The A-number can also be found on the back of these Permanent Resident Cards.

Not any time soon. However, the 1-2 month approvals will probably gradually move to 3-4 months. It will depend on how fast they get through all the transfers and any other outside influences such as DACA renewals or any other priorities with "other" immigration matters that may take precedence. These things are relatively impossible to predict.
