Waiting for them to review and attach your support docs is the worst part.

I sent the email with the support docs on 6/10, got an email in July saying it is extended to 60 days, called and they confirmed it is now 60 days.

Called again last week to ask why still no review and now they are saying it is AT LEAST 60 days.

Those rat bastards make up whatever they want.

Can everyone post their timeline on when they sent the email docs and when it was reviewed/completed. So we can know approximate time?

I am still waiting for email sent on 6/10

You mentioned that you sent the file on 6/10 do you know when it's was received? Mine was sent early July but received I think 3rd of July but nvc did not scan until July 9th so July 9th is the received date, probably you send it on 6/10 but was not received it until later on, you née to get the info from nvc rep asked them when the files received.

Hi the story changes every time i call, they were saying it was received on 6/25, but when i called 2 days ago they said it was received 6/10 ( i sent on 6/10).

Are they really already processing the July emails? Did anyone who sent the email in July already got it reviewed/completed?

Thanks

Mine was received on July 9th and it was reviewer last Friday22.

Wow nice, congrats!

i really don't know what to do at this point, noone over there will help me. they keep telling me i just need to wait. But it's been more than 60 days. I don't mind waiting if i can jus know it is in the queue and not stuck somewhere in limbo.

this is so frustrating.

What I would try to do is call again and when they tell you the whole 60 day wait tell them that is been longer than the 60 days and ask to speak to a supervisor or somebody in charge. Well technically your 60 days are due tomorrow the 25th but I will still call every other day.. Good luck!!!

Would the online status change from N/A to something else after they reviewed the documents and they accept it? How about if they issued a checklist?

I had read some where that usually when the status goes from paid to n/a is because the case is complete. Call them!

I'm talking about the Status under "Affidavit of Support Documents & Financial Evidence" and "Civil

Documents". It has been N/A. So I'm wondering if that will change into something else like "Accepted"?

Both Fee status says "PAID" right now. So you're saying that change into N/A, it means that case is incomplete, right?
