Basahin mo sa baba signature ko yup andito na ko arizona.May annotation lang sa baba ng immunization form na kulang at incomplete vaccine mo may mga employers kasi na hahanapan ka nun e.Sabi sakin sa poe ko hanggat d naman daw ako kinontact ng cdc eh ok lang kahit incomplete but pag hinigan ako ng employer eh d pavaccine .

Ahhh so ok lang un sis.. D naman hahanapin un bago lumabas sa immigration? hay relief un bawas sa iniisip ko heheeh thank u so much sis:) ha big big help to know that info from you

You're welcome.Pero lagay mo sa handcarry ang xray cd at immig docus mo ha.Pero wag mo ioffer pag hinanap lang sayo pero ang visa packet syempre surrender mo yun.Good luck ha may interview date kana?Kami two months from filing andito na u.s.Mabilis lang dcf talaga.

Eat a lot before your medical ha.You will be there at least half a day.Yup d naman hinanap sakin yun,just the visa packet and passport of course. Keep us posted!
