NancyNguyen it's not just terrible it's extremely frustrated :ranting: I can't believe what is going on here…So on Thursday we checked our online case and it said:

On September 25th, 2014 we mailed you a notice that we have approved this I-130 IMMIGRANT PETITION FOR RELATIVE, FIANCE(E), OR ORPHAN.

Then on Friday we had some friends over and we wanted to show them finally approved I-130 and we see this:

On September 26th, 2014 we mailed you notice informing you that your I-130, IMMIGRANT PETITION FOR RELATIVE, FIANCE(E), OR ORPHAN was reopened.

I really don't understand why would they change it after only one day and how accurate those online posts are ?

Hey guys :) I just wanna let you know we've checked our online status and it says: Today they mailed us a notice of APPROVED I-130 :dancing:

I can't describe how happy we are :) but this is just half of the battle though…

So since I was in a removal proceedings when we applied for I-130 we have a question whats our next move?

Should we go affront of Immigration Judge and apply for a GC through him or actually apply through USCIS ?

Thanks for all your support and please if you know what is our best next movie let us know...

We really appreciate every answer !!!

My husband and I just receive a mail like that from Uscis request for exemption did you get a lawyer or what proof did you provide them with before they approved your case
