RFE (Is this enough evidence?)

Received an RFE notice in the mail today. A bit of a downer but considering how both the wife and I are full time students, we really don't have much we own and live with the mum in law.

Here's what we sent the first time around;

Joint Federal tax transcripts for the last two years

Joint bank statements for each month showing our names

6 photographs

3 joint credit card scans showing our names and the same account numbers (last few digits blanked out)

A notarized letter from mother in law detailing our living conditions

Cable TV bills under wife's name

Utility bills under husband's name

Here's what I am planning on sending this time around;

Lease/Rental agreement showing both husband/wife's name drawn up by mum in law (since we pay rent)

Lease/Rental receipts received by mum in law for the amounts paid to date

Loan application letter with both husband/wife's name showing they are successful

Loan statements showing both names from last year

Nelnet (student loan) letter showing wife's name and address

Nelnet (student loan) letter showing husband's name and address

Credit card statements for three credit cards held by wife (will show authorized account holder's name since they don't show authorized users but same address)

Credit card statements for three credit cards held by husband (will show authorized account holder's name since they don't show authorized users but same address)

Copy of wife's driver license and husband's learner's permit (showing same address)

Husband's W2 for a job worked briefly last year

Joint tax returns (since we sent transcripts last time, maybe this may count as evidence too?)

Adding marriage certificate (edit)

Is this enough? Or do we have to include more evidence?

It's hard to reply since you didn't say what the RFE asked for. However it was probable the generic one asking for greater evidence of joint residence and joint finances?

Do you have any insurance showing both names? Auto? Medical?

Do you have any kind of joint cell phone plan?

Any mail addressed to you both, like Christmas cards?

Sorry i should have clarified, it asked for more evidence to establish bonafide relationship. We have a cell phone plan with the family but that's just about. Again insurance which is generic and family's.

We can send Christmas cards addressed the two of us... we have a lot of those.

Do you think what we're sending is enough?

You can still send the family cell phone plan if both of your names are listed in the statements along with other family members' names.

Sounds like a good idea, thanks for the suggestion. : )
