your timeline is a bit confusing. You're showing that your wife received a visa and that NVC received your paperwork in May. But, you haven't shown if you've filed a I-129F for a K3 visa? No NOA2?

Anyway...she's not likely to get a visitor's visa at this point. Aside from the fact that the computer system at the State Department has been on the fritz for the past week and isn't likely to be running at cull capacity for quite some time...since you have immigration paperwork in progress, the Embassy in Manila will most likely deny a visitor's visa.

To even be considered for a visitor's visa - she needs to have very strong ties to the PI...a job, money in the bank, real estate holdings and/or some other compelling reason to return to the Philippines. If she were to get a visitor's visa, by the time that would happen, it's possible that her case will have been sent to Manila for her K3 visa processing.

So, not much point in pursuing a visitor's visa that is surely going to be denied.

Patience! Good luck.

If she has a Visitor Visa, unlikely to be an issue.

If she does not then getting one could be challenging.

I've seen lots of people here in PH who applied for tourist visa or visitors visa denied, one them is my friend who applied 3times and denied in the interview that's Why her husband decided to just do the cr1/ir1 visa. If I was in your situation I'll wait till she get there. According in your timeline you're now at NVC stage it won't take long have more patience :) good luck

You really should fix your timeline.

I think you have your NOA2 date for the I-130 as your visa received date?

Also if your wife already has a visitor visa, she shouldn't have an issue visiting. If she does not, she likely will have a very difficult time getting one as most people who are married to USC's have a hard time.
