You can get the CENOMAR online here: https://www.ecensus.com.ph/Default.aspx

NBI Clearance is valid for up to one year, so you can use the one you got in January (http://manila.usembassy.gov/wwwh3224.html).

Hi,

If you are near to one of their branches, it is better to get it directly from there than online. 195 pesos vs 415 and you will get it after few minutes unless there is a long queue but you will get it the day you applied.

The forms have their respective color. I think CENOMAR has color green, anyway, you will see it from the form it says Certificate of no marriage.

I was advised from VJ members here to get it within three months before your interview.

Congratulations

You need an NSO CENOMAR and birth certificate, per the embassy instructions letter. The NBI is good for a year but quite often the embassy will not want them to be older then 6 months.

The CO will not ask about your date of travel as they don't expect you to have your ticket yet, and for sure DO NOT purchase your ticket before you have your visa. They may ask about your wedding plans though.

You need one NSO birth certificate for the interview. CFO will ask to see one if I remember correctly but they will only want to keep a copy, same with the CENOMAR make sure to have a copy for CFO.

Follow the embassy instructions letter as for what is required for the interview, the CENOMAR is listed as required by the embassy. It would be good to have extra copies of the NSO birth certificate, you will need the birth certificate once in the USA also.
