Spouse's Father Name Problem

hi guys,

I'm a permanent resident in USA.

I just got married in india.

Now want to file a petition for my WIFE.

There is problem in the name of her Father in her Birth Certificate.

Name of her Mother In Her Passport is : Nirmal Bajaj

Name of her Mother In Our Marriage Certificate : Nirmal Bajaj

Name of her Mother in Her School Certificate : Nirmal Bajaj

Name of her Mother in her Birth Certificate : Nirmal Bajaj

which is all good.

BUT

Name of her Father In Her Passport is : Manohar Lal

Name of her Father In Our Marriage Certificate : Manohar Lal

Name of her Father in Her School Certificate : Manohar Lal

Name of her Father in her Birth Certificate : M.L. Bajaj

So the problem is in name of her father in her Birth Certificate. Would that be problem ???

Also, My Wife's parent are Expired long time back.

Do we need their Death Certificates ??

Also Name of her Father in his Death Certificate : Manohar Lal Bajaj (Does US Immigration needs their death certificate ??)

Please guide me.

Is Bajaj his middle name, and his initials his given and surname? Thats what it looks like. Hopefully because you are sending the petition to USCIS they can instruct you on this simple problem. Also has your wife tried to go to the registry with those same documents to see if it can ne fixed? Finally, I never sent a death certificate for my dad, just wrote deceased for any question asking about his whereabouts....GOODLUCK! I pray this only take 1 business day to deal with.
