employment letter for I34

1. my jobs coporate hq is in massechussetts but i work in the NYC location. Do i put corp address as my employment address or the location where i work on the I-34 form. would it matter the address that the letter comes from b/c it will be on the company's letter head?

2. Who is the employment letter that states job title, salary etc etc addressed to? is it addressed to the the Consulate/Embassy in Barbabados

I recently got my NOA 2 and a letter from NVC on 1/11/07 that stated that our application will be forwarded to Barbados in a week

1) The key is to have the letter on company letterhead, irregardless of what the actual address is on the letterhead. I'd think that the NYC location has their own letterhead. If not, use what is available. It should state your name, salary, temp or perm, position title and how long you have been with the company.

2) I had mine addressed to "To whom it may concern"

My Salutaion was "to whom it may concern"

I addressed it to the embassy that was doing the interview and to where the letter was being submitted. I did the same with the letter of intent. My original letter was addressed to the sevice center and the second to the Embassy.

I don't think they care a lot.
