Hi Guys,

I'm sure this has been asked a million times but I'm having a hard time finding the exact info.

Firstly my partner and I have been living in Australia together for 5 years. We have only started the immigration process recently due to DOMA being struck down (We would have moved years ago if we could have)

What does she need to do/Provide to prove domicile? We did not think that we would be able to move to the USA in our lifetime so she did not keep any real ties with the USA (apart from her family)

Proving our relationship is a piece of cake, its proving we can get set up in the states which is a little worrying for me.

Because we will need a co sponsor due to her not having employment or assesses in the USA, what would we need to get her mom to provide? She is retired but is on an excellent retirement plan from her school district. (well over the 125%)

We got our NOA2 yesterday so we are trying to get a head start on these next few steps!

Thank you for your help everyone!
