I -130 package for CR-1

I would like to ask everyone who applied CR-1. I am making I-130 package. Did u send wife and husbands copies of passport?

That is the exact list of what we sent and my appointment is on May 16th, never got an RFE or anything, so I think we did good

· Money order for $420.00 payable to U.S. Department of Homeland Security

· G-1145 form

· I-130 form

· G-325A form (Petitioner)

· Pettitioner’s passport size picture (clipped to blank page)

· G-325A form (Beneficiary)

· Beneficiary’s passport size picture (clipped to blank page)

· Copy of Marriage certificate

· Copy of Petitioner’s unexpired passport (all pages) (used to stablish citenzinship since birth certificate was not available at the time)

· Copy of Beneficiary’s unexpired passport (first page)

· Evidence of Bona Fide marriage

4. Copy of the full Birth certificate (front and back) for the US Citizen or a copy of ALL pages of the US Citizen's passport. This is used to establish citizenship. {No mention of the beneficiary's passport in the stage}.
