Will my Co-sponsor look suspicious?

My Fiance is British and I am American, my good friend who has offered to co-sponsor our (my) petition is also British, My fiance and I have been together for almost a year now, we have tons of pictures and tickets and IM's receipts, it is completely legitimate. we want to get married so we can actually be together, but I am worried that it will look funny to have a former British citizen (married and naturalized) as our sponsor. Am I just being silly?

Hi,

Once he naturalized, he became a US citizen.

As a US citizen, he can file as a Joint Sponsor.

His former citizenship or other citizenships do not matter. Only his US citizenship matters.
