hi all yesterday nvc sent me email they just completed case for my daughters and also sent check list to completed new form i864 for me they accepted my joint sponsor.they want to me give new i864 form and a written statement why I did not file 2013 tax return,so my daughters can take with them to their interview.i just made last year $480 just worked 2 months as a child care provider.now im back in Pakistan I will fill out new form and I just want know what kind of statement should I prepare can I write a regular letter.thanks so much if you can help me.
