You'll need a printed copy of your itinerary in order to enter the airport to begin with. Security won't let you inside the airport without a printed ticket/ticket confirmation.

Delta operates out of Terminal 1 (prior to August 1, 2014 when they move to Terminal 3). Once inside, Delta can accommodate the e-tricket. You can check in at the Delta counter and follow directions from there. Delta manages their own operations in Manila, so its easy peasy.

Will you be on the direct to Detroit? Or transiting through Tokyo?

Steps in NAIA1:

-Show printed ticket/itinerary & passport upon entry to NAIA1 (Make sure your visa packet is in your carry-on.)

-will go through X-ray

-Proceed to check-in at Delta counters (you can ask the guards if you can't locate it)

-If there's any excess luggage, additional fee will also be paid at this point.

-If not included in your ticket, you'll need to pay for the Travel Tax (PhP 1620) at another counter near front.

-Boarding pass will be given after check-in (If you need to pay for travel tax, you have to return to the same check-in counter afterwards)

-Fill-up departure card

-Pay terminal fee (PhP 550) <Best to separate all these bills already for ease of payment>

-Go through Immigration's

-Go to Gate number as printed on your Boarding pass before boarding time

-Have a safe and enjoyable flight! :)
