My bad, didn't read correctly, therefaren't instructions in Tagalog from CFO (go figure)

Let's not pressure anybody here to translate all requirements for CFO. I think, in the long run, the effort will be futile as the intending immigrant will have to learn English as this will be his / her first language eventually once in US.

I was not trying to pressure anyone. I was pretty much asking for a list of the papers needed to bring to the CFO. Not sure how not having the correct paperwork would help her English lol but no worries. She understands about 75% English and I just wanted to make sure she had all she needed. Thanks anyway though. Well, something got lost in translation already without any Tagalog words involved. Besides, most documents like CENOMAR, certificates, etc are called the same in Philippines and their Tagalog counterparts are simply unused anymore (or ever since I was born). Give your fiancee a chance to read Hank's site for the CFO requirements first. My PM offer is still good.
