My fiance wants us to move to baltimore where we will work. As the ead arrives before the interview is it possible to self sponsor on the aos interview as accepting work in maryland would mean we need to move away from her current employment.

How long is the ead valid for too?

Im aware the i90 lasts 90 days

I don't think your can self sponsor... (but I am not sure)

Why do you guys want to move before getting your green card? After you have your green card, you don't have to worry about sponsorship at least.

Did you get a job offer in Baltimore? Is this why you guys want to move now?

Good luck in your visa journey!

Your spouse can't take a ob until you have an EAD or green card in hand , After you marry the time between EAD and green card is pretty short usually and there may not be enough time for them to show work history to self sponsor. Any EAD you pay for based on the I 90 will have expired and they will have had to quit that job when the I90 expired so they wouldn't be working to self sponsor.

This will not be over quickly. You will not enjoy this.

No, you cannot self-sponsor, and you may not even have an interview for AOS. London is special in that they allow it with the I-134. Most of the consulates do not, and it is not something a K-1 entrant can do for the I-864. You file the I-485 and I-765 at the same time. The USC petitioner/sponsor must include the I-864 at that time. If you have a job offer after filing, you can put in for an expedite of the EAD based on the job offer though > http://www.visajourney.com/forums/topic/453753-how-to-request-to-expedite-your-ead-based-on-a-job-offer/

I think y'all are missing the OP's point, he is in the US and in the process of AOS and once he has his EAD then he can get a job in Baltimore, however that means his fiancee/wife would have to leave the job that she referenced on her I864 so if the OP has to go for an interview then it is possible depending on timing she will no longer have that position and the income for sponsorship but the OP will.

I think the only time this would be much of an issue is if the IO asked the OP where his wife worked but how is the process generally affected if the petitioner's employment situation changes in between filing and approval?

They do not usually ask for a new I-864 if you have an interview though. I guess if you had moved, and then received an interview, they may want updated financial info because of that. If you are working legally by then and can prove that your source of income would remain the same even after getting your green card, then it could be used if a new I-864 was asked for at that time.
