Hello we just paid our visa fee at HSBC bank. But we can not schedule yet until the next day? Is that how it work?

yes...I just paid today too...then you have to wait until 11am (VN time)to schedule the oppointment date

$340? It should be $240 for the K1 visa. You will have to pay for the medical exam too. I think that's like $140 and that has to be paid in US Cash from my understanding.

You will also need to pay to get the police cert#2 and single status. that should be cheap. Less than $20

340 dollar is for uscis processing your application.

240 dollar is for the visa that will require to pay before interview.

140 dollar for medical exam. IMO takes Vietnamese dollar , or US dollar.

You might have to pay for immunization too.

Depends where you go for the medical. One place will accept US cash, the other, Dong. The embassy will inform you of your choices of where to go.
