hi everyone im very thankful for this site its very helpful in those who are just started processing,

im here now in the philippines waiting for my K1 interview date on MARCH 11,anybody help me or suggested for the documents that i have to bring during my interview. My documents are as follows:

1.APPOINTMENT CONFIRMATION ( only first page 2 copies)

2. DS-160 with barcode on it

3. NSO Birth Certificate

4. ORIG. NBI CLEARANCE

5.( 4 pcs) Photos together,emails.too many, Western Union Receipts, 3 Postal mails(Cards) Petitioner eticket Itenirary Receipts.his hotel voucher and boarding pass.Petitioner and beneficiary letter of intent.

6.Divorce Decree/Divorce Paper

7.Orig.CENOMAR from NSO

8.Form 1-134 (see attachment)

9. NO w2 .. YES FORM 1099-R because he is retired US NAVY

10.Form 1040A ( see attached)

11.Bank Receipts ( MRV fee $ 240)

12.Passport ................

13. 2X2 Visa photos 3 pieces

14.Medical Exam.........

Is There is anything that i dont know please help me my first time ever doing this preparation!

Looks complete, no issue with the 1099. Did you ever live in a foreign country for 6 months or more from age 16> ?

I would still suggest using the Embassy Instructions Letter as your checklist as to what is required.

Hi msanne.. may I ask a question about your Form I-134?

What did your fiance answer on question #10? Is it his first time to submit a petition for someone also?

I am the petitioner and this is my first time. So, on question #10 of Form I-134, I answered "None". I hope this is okay...

My fiance's interview is next week already, so I don't know if there's enough time to send him a new one.

I hope all goes will on your interview. Good luck!!!

It would be nice to hear from you after your interview. :)
