I dont know what is that means now its been à week i have à case number but nothing happen feeling sooo frausted what to do???

Are you the petitioner? If so, then you need to contact the NVC like it says and ask why it's been terminated.

If you're the beneficiary, then I have some potentially bad news for you.

November 14th, 2013: She's here!

December 12th, 2013: Picked up marriage license.

December 14th, 2013: Wedding

We would need more information to provide any meaningful reply. I understand the case is at NVC. Have you..

paid the AOS fee?

sent the Affidavit of Support?

sent Civil Documents/visa application?

paid the IV fee?

Facts are cheap...knowing how to use them is precious...

It probably means that you can't pay yet. Wait a few more days and see if you can access it.

If you're the beneficiary, then I have some potentially bad news for you.

Neither of those things are true. It simply means the NVC is invoicing the AOS bill most likely.

I concur. If you haven't got an AOS fee invoice, there's nothing available to do on the website now. See what happens when you you have both a case number and invoice ID.
