on part 3 question#2

If you are citizen filed a petition of one or more person, then you will not need to put anything instead N/A.

If you are a Green card holder then you should put YES and that would be listed following names who are derivatives relatives

hi

you're counting your wife twice, it says do not count any person twice, since you are petitioning your wife and she is the beneficiary you count her once, don't put anything in spouse, since she has already been counted once, that if you are filing for anyone else than spouse or children

Hi NLR,

I have one more question if I am petitioning for my spouse and I meet the poverty guideline, I am a Us citizen do I use I864 or I 864EZ?

Do you meet the guidelines state on the I-864EZ?
