I have my interview scheduled for March 13th. I was arrested a year ago for a DUI and just went to court last week and my lawyer worked a plea deal with the prosecution. We are going back in court on the 26th to get the plea deal signed. That being said is what do I need to bring at the interview on the 13th as to showcase that we have plea deal?

How do you go about getting a full disposition? And would I be able to get that before the next court hearing?

If you can't get the full disposition and court documents regarding your case before the interview, you should perhaps reschedule it till after your court hearing so you can have all the documents. You can then go to the interview with it

~AOS : 09/11/2014 - 2 YR Green card received!.

~ROC : 07/13/2017 - 10 YR Green card received!.

~N-400 : 10/28/2020 - N400 Interview & Approval/Oath Ceremony/US Citizen!
