Hello,

My case for the fiancé visa has been approved and has been received by the Frankfurt consulate. However I have not received any email on the next steps. We are currently going off of this checklist http://photos.state.gov/libraries/frankfurt/9318/consular_pdf/Instructions%20for%20Fiancee%20Visa%20Applicants.pdf that we found on the consulate website. The only form they ask for in this checklist is the I134. I have seen on some other posts people mentioning these forms.
Are these still necessary?
I have not received any emails during this whole process. Even when I got my NOA1 and NOA2. I'm wondering if there is an error with my email in their system?

Your feedback would be appreciated.

Don't worry, I never received any emails either. As far as I know you have to sign up somewhere online in order to receive email or text notifications.

The checklist you are looking at is still up to date, it's the same one I recently used when I send in all my forms.

All you need is the I-134 and then also the DS-160, which you will fill out online. I am sure you will get a letter in the mail soon!

You should fill in your timeline here on visa journey ;) When exactly did the consulate receive your case?

You do not usually get any e-mail correspondence from Frankfurt, unless you contact them for questions etc.

You do not have a timeline, so I do not know where you are in the process. Have your received Packet 3 already? If not, it will be sent to you by postal mail and contain a link to the checklist and other information. Yes, the I-134 is still needed, plus a DS-160 and the supporting documents (birth certificate, police certificate and the like). Just go off the checklist, that is what I did.
