my wife is basically from Afghanistan and she is US citizen holder now.. i m also from afghanistan and lives in afghanistan...what if my wife stays with me permanently.. i mean for how long she can stay in afghanistan as she is originally from Afghanistan... thnxx too much

what are you trying to point out on your question

Okay lets focus on your wife status.. she can stay Longer outside US for any circumtances but always remember your wife has a responsibilities and duty that she need to comply such like pay taxes if applicable, and responses letter of JUROR if needed but this might not consecutive basis it is just ramdomly sequence. Another thing is that Your wife domicile address must be meet for instance for future preferences if she file a petition for you,most of all keep all the evidences of visit like ticket pictures if you have these,this might really needed as well if may asked from you..
