Hi everyone, I would like to ask how to have the same date and time for scheduling interview here in Manila. I just can't figure out how. I want to have my 5 yr old son's schedule to be the same sched as mine. pls help... thanks

Also, another question, may a middle name ( or mother's maiden name as Filipinos are practicing) be written after the first name when it asks about the first names just like in ds 160? your help is so much appreciated. thanks in advance..

When you schedule your interview online it will ask you if you want to schedule another interview, that is when you schedule your son to have the same date.

As for names follow the format, if it asks for first name only enter the first name, only enter middle name information when it asks.

Thank you so much Hank , unfortunately, I wrote my middle name after my first name and when I read your reply, I was trying to update my info but names couldn't be edited. One more question pls, will it be an issue or will I be fine? Thanks again.

I doubt it will cause any serious issues, just remember if someone asks to explain. They can fix it at the embassy if need be.
