I am the petitioner. I recently moved to a different house the day the case got completed. I informed NVC that same day about the new address which they did changed in their system. I was advised by NVC to inform consul about the new address since DS260 is already closed/locked/can't be edited. Question is, will this cause any delay during the interview? Thanks!

At this point the information and the process is about the beneficiary, not the petitioner. The only problem might be if at the POE the CBP persons asks the beneficiary where they are going to live and the form they are looking at has one city, state and the beneficiary states another city, state. That is easily rectified by just stating that the petitioner moved before the interview and I guess the file was not updated. Just have the beneficiary mention your move at the interview, but there is no problem as you will indicate your new correct address when filing the AR-11 after the beneficiary arrives in the US so the USCIS has the correct information. You could also file the I-865 if you have already filed the I-864 affidavit of support so the USCIS has the correct information or rather you have proof you filed the correct information.

Good luck,

Dave

AR-11 and the I-865 are forms used by the USCIS for the foreign spouse, AR-11, and the sponsor, I-865, to indicate a change of address. The foreign spouse has 10 days to notify the USCIS of an address change after arriving in the US and obtaining a GC. The I-865 must be filed by the USC that sponsored a foreign immigrant with the I-864 affidavit of support form. The USC has 30 days to notify the USCIS of any address change.
