So after interview the lady hands him a white piece of paper that says "Your case will require further administrative processing. We will contact you as soon as this processing is complete. Please feel free to contact us via emai********** if you have questions.

What does this even mean!!! Online says up to 60 days. Im seeing some people for over year. When I look on the website it just says READY for interveiw. At what point will that update?

Should I go to Najia to get in another visit? Then should I go back for the next interveiw? Or should I just wait and show up at the next interview?

One of our red flags would have been we only had 7 days together in another country but NO WHERE on the filing paperwork does it give a time frame of the amount of facetime you should have only that you have met.

AP has nothing to do with how strong or weak your case is, it's simply background checks mandated by the PATRIOT Act post-9/11 to ensure that all potential immigrants aren't terrorists.

Also for Nigeria AP can mean checking some paperwork. Smetimes they do a field visit actually sending people out and asking around you don't know they are embassy folk or working for embassy.

AP last as long as it last. All you can do is wait. I would ask your congressman to look into it maybe just maybe they may get more information they you are given.

But ask your finace' now:

  1. what were all the questions?
  2. His answers
  3. how did he behave. Nerves didn't know things.
  4. Was there something the CO focused more on.
  5. Has your finace' been petitioned before?
  6. Has he been married before?
  7. Did you too do a traditional marriage and submitted pics of that?

Like the post I posted for someone the CO was very concerned the mother was not at their very large wedding and denied them.

So you and fiance' talk and maybe you can narrow it down.
