Filing this January, what is needed at interview? (split topic)

So confused here, need help

My fiance is in Norfolk and he will be applying the k1 this coming January 2014. After everyhing is set, once scheduled for interview, do I have to bring a whole new set of paperworks (pictures, emails, etc) or just use what my fiance will be using?

For the I-129F petition, you provide proof that you met in person within the 2 years prior to filing. When you go for the K-1 interview, you bring evidence of an ongoing, genuine relationship. That would include any evidence that happened between filing the I-129F and the K-1 interview, as well as other evidence that spans the entire length of your relationship.

You're way ahead of yourself. slow down and focus on what you need for initial filing first and that is to prove that you met physically within 2 years of filing. After all, no approved petition, no interview. yes?

During the interview, from my experience, the consul will have everything you sent, but will be asking for your own copy of photos, and other documents they required like ITR, W2 etc.

But like I said, focus on what's needed during initial filing and take it one step at a time.
