congrats on your updates my friend!!!

Thank you, my dear friend. We could get it on November 13 if my fiance checked all of his emails though. He got a bunch of emails and since he used work email to correspondence and is not allowed to acces from home, he could not keep up with those emails. He missed out this one. Finally, he sent an email to the US embassy in Jakarta inquiring our packet 3 and they said already sent in November 12. Anyhow, keep me updated, about yours!idea9dv.gif

Hi All, (thanks to those that responded!)

So like the poster here I have been insanely confused about what is happening after the NOA2 or approved I-797.

We got our approved NOA2 on Nov 21 and in email it said it was going to NVC but in the NOA2 it said it was

going to the SGP consulate.

So we started working with the consulate and paid the S$312, completed the DS160, then they said to make

and appointment which there are non when we try.

So we have been in the dark.

Then I found this post and from a reply realized I could Call the NVC. So I just called the NVC and found out

they sent our files to Singapore on Dec 17, 2 days ago, and SG consulate received the files today Dec 19. YAY

This has been so frustrating. We have not received any notification from NVC like some of you have that NVC

received our files from USCIS.

So I guess now we wait for SG consulate to contact us to get Packet3....at least we are out of the dark again for now!

I just replied to your PM so I won't reply again here, but, yes, that is good news! You should receive packet 3 any day now and can start gathering all the documents you need. :) Best of luck!

Flying to Seattle on 6 May 2014!
