* My wife and I are divorced. She is filing I-751 by herself (waiver as good faith divorcee).

Under Part 3 "Info about the petitioning spouse" - is this to be left blank because she is waiving joint-filing as a divorcee? Or is this section for me, the ex-husband (US Citizen)?

* Since my ex-wife is waiving a joint-filing petition, does she still have to send in her I-751 during the 90-day period before her conditional residence expires? I thought this was just for regular applicants filing jointly?

* At the end of the I-751 application, there is a section for "Information of Person Preparing Form." Technically I, the ex-spouse US Citizen, am filing out the form and submitting it to USCIS - so is there any harm in filling this out for myself? Will this guarantee that all vital information/mail is sent to the "preparer" rather than the petitioner?
