DS160 prob.

Hello guys I'm back after almost two months of resting. Lol. Anyways, I had my medical last month and I had to do the sputum test which all came out negative but I have to wait for the culture result which will come out in January 20. I cancelled my interview online but I didn't fill up the DS160 yet. Approved petition will expire in January 17.

I know they will extend my approved petition but I didn't fill up DS160 because I failed d medical and I don't know if they already have my record in their system because I don't have DS160.

If I fill up DS160 before my petition expires (so that they will have it in their system, so they can extend my petition ) will it be a problem? Or I will just fill it up after I get my culture result but then my petition expires that time.

I really need your help

You can complete the DS-160 any time, no issue. And for the question about vaccinations you can say YES as you will have the DS-3025 from St. Luke's.
