Can you advise why it was denied? Its going to take awhile because of the huge backlog, so you will just need to be patient, and persistent. Also depending on why it was denied you may want to consider talking to your Senator they may be able to assist. No promises.

I have noticed that Kuwait Embassy is somewhat difficult to deal with at times. I was denied twice for a visitor visa. When we did our K1 visa interview I was allowed to go in the waiting room with my Fiancee, the officer asked her when the last time, was she had seen me. I came up to the window and said hi, but a little later, they asked her again if she had more proof of our relationship, we both work here in Kuwait and I was sitting right there...anyway we were approved pending some additional paperwork, we are waiting on the call to come and get her passport back now. I hope Sunday 11/10/13.

Got denied cause we didnt know that the divorce paper we submitted was not the one from the judge.after then we send it last sept 4,and we called them last night and the officer said he dont have any idea about the decision will be made.this morning they send an email to my fiancee about the changes on our RFE number.and when i checked the status of our case its still initial review but it they change the date to nov.8 says RFE Number was change.so its like if we didnt make any move they not gona do anything.14months is enough to wait..we spend lot of money already. :(
