Hello everyone,

I just have a few questions before I submit the paperwork for the 129-F.

- I think that I have read somewhere that we should submit paystubs for the beneficiary. Should these be sent in with the initial 129-F application, along with the 325-A?

- Also, if these are supposed to be sent, they are in German, do they need to be translated?

No, pay stubs are not needed at the initial petition. Those are for the interview stage with the I-134 (Affidavit of Support)

All supporting documents must be in English or be translated.

No financial documentation is required with the I-129F. What is listed on the guide here at VJ is all that is required. Besides that, pay stubs for the beneficiary/foreign fiance(e) are never needed.
