This is simple, if you and your spouse have found that your not in love, and you came here on a visa agreement to marry and live with your spouse ( K-1 ) you can both file for divorce and you can return home, as now there is no reason for you to be here.

i'm sorry ... i have to laugh when people, who have not committed to each other, are advised to go to counseling ... there are SIX BILLION people on this planet!!!!! leave and go back (or respectfully send him/her back) to africa. there is nothing requiring them to stay ... since you are first meeting and the requirement for the K1 is meeting (and the K3 is marraige in which you would have had to met) ... you are not obligated any further.

you tried it and the spark was not there ... no harm, no foul! bid your acquaintance farewell and move on with your life.

It's always the newbies..... Isn't this what K1 was designed for? Anyway, if you make a mistake and marry, then just divorce and go back. If your intent is to stay here, then that is another story. I know that DIVORCE is a terrible word in many cultures, but what is your alternative?

Life is way too short...............if you are that unhappy-go back to Africa.

You must be sensing that things aren't going to get better already. Sorry to hear of your troubles, but why stay if you are not into it?

One thing about the US...you are free to leave anytime you want.

Need a number for an airline?

I finally got rid of the never ending money drain. I called the plumber, and got the problem fixed. I wish her the best.

Why don't U want to try and work things out together? U're just coming together after a long while of being away and definately things may not look smooth all the times. Everyone goes thru this same time and one time or the other and they just don't say it but keep working hard to make it work. Put in more hard work cos every married needs this.
