I am a green holder and after getting my GC I got married and my wife lives abroad. I applied for my wife’s visa by submitting I-130 in June 2012 and her Priority date was May 2012. In October 2012 my son born in Pakistan. and we haven't update anything to USCIS. On June 26, 2013 I have received I-130 approval from USCIS and now my case is with NVC and they have assigned a VISA number.

My question is regarding my son’s visa, How can he come with her mother since we haven’t informed anything to USCIS or NVC regarding his birth. Now NVC asked me to submit AOS processing fee. Do I need to tell them now regarding my son or should I wait till the time of filing DS-230.

Please help me so that my son can also come with my wife whenever she gets the actual visa.

Inform NVC right away thru email. Attach a scanned copy of the child's birth certificate so he will be added into your wife's case as her derivative child. Get the baby a passport ASAP.
