Since you're K1, you were not required to submit civil documents to NVC, so you have to submit the original green NBI clearance (not personal copy) to USEM on the day of your interview.

Better get one ASAP.

Hi vjers

just wanna ask something regarding with NBI.ok my question is,i have a personal copy of my nbi and is it good to just photo copy it and submit it to us embassy or i need to get another one? pls help thank you in advance.

Nope. The embassy requires an original of the NBI designated for Travel Abroad (NBI many times marks them for VISA which is fine also), just needs to be the green NBI.

Follow the embassy instructions letter. (link to info below)

Where's the other half of your original NBI clearance, sis? Also, does it say "For VISA USA"?

I think that's what USEM needs. Most likely they won't accept the personal copy. You better get one soon if you have already used the other half of the NBI clearance and if your clearance purpose is different.
