Ok this isn't sour grapes but I was just looking through igors list and how is it that people who filed after me and others are getting approved before surely they should do these applications in order they receive them how's it fair they just pick ones out they want to. I don't understand this procedure seems very disorganized

Whilst I do understand your feeling, I think there must be a reason why someone who filed after us got approval first. I don't say it is enjoy for waiting but I use my thought to think about at the time when my fiance and I will be together near in the future. It is not forever. Your timeline says it would be anytime soon. I hope hear approval posted from you this week. Good luck.

Most of the time, it's all to do with the service center. California is moving quickly right now, so don't be surprised if you see people from there approved before you. From the looks of your timeline, you'll be adjudicated soon, so don't worry!

I'm also having trouble figuring it out, though I'm not too bothered about people being approved before me as I'm not in too much of a hurry (my fiancé is with me abroad until Feb).

More NOA1 date is Jul 22 and we're at CSC. Already, there's filers from early September getting approved and meanwhile ours hasn't been touched since Jul 24 (alien registration no change). Of the July filers on here, we're one of the few who haven't had an approval or RFE. All the cases around our number were approved weeks ago.

The most annoying bit is that we can't call for another two months as we're within stated processing times. It sort of feels like there's a box somewhere that's been forgotten about and ours is one of the petitions in it! We're now outside of the date range VJ predicts for adjudication, and I've spent the last three weeks thinking "this must be the week!"

Being patient is tough when you can see everyone else celebrating!

I understand being confused about the approval times....I am confused and a little bothered....but do understand that I am dealing with government

My fiancé and I have been together in a relationship for 2 years and have a child together.....applied for a visitors visa and was rejected....looking back I should have applied much earlier for the fiancé visa...

The saving grace is that she lives 3.5 hours drive away in mexico....so I visit almost every weekend.....I did get citizenship for our child and she now has two passports and can freely travel to the US ....

I submitted my paperwork back june 4 and received NOA1 within 5 days......submitted all the proof pics, birth certs and passports of us and our baby.....but my file has not been "touched" and I see many others getting NOA2 approval well before ours as in days waiting.....whats up with that??....lol.....big brother at work I guess.....I was hoping to have them here for xmas....keeping my fingers crossed

good luck to all
