I wanna ask if is it okay not to put your employment record for the last 5 years? what are the consequence if I put on "unemployed' even if I work for 1 year and two months in Hong Kong?

You need to get a police clearance from Hongkong. You will submit it on the day of your embassy interview.

Depends on what process you are going through. If your K1 it could lead to denial of your petition or worse consequences later on in your process when they find out you lied. They usually DO find out.

Never ever ever lie or "withold" information. It could land you in serious trouble.
