You need to get a police clearance from Hongkong. You will submit it on the day of your embassy interview.

Depends on what process you are going through. If your K1 it could lead to denial of your petition or worse consequences later on in your process when they find out you lied. They usually DO find out.

Never ever ever lie or "withold" information. It could land you in serious trouble.

thanks you all guys don't worry I don't plan on lying I just ask if there could be a way or other option but of course i'll do it the right way

You can contact the Philippine Embassy in Hong Kong for information about a police clearance, or just visit their website:

http://www.philcongen-hk.com/visas/main.htm

and download this form:

http://www.philcongen-hk.com/download/policeclearance.pdf

Make sure to read the instructions on their website, or contact them directly.
