Did you directly submit the I-129F to the consulate?

I used the date I received my NOA1.

No....I meant after CSC sent it and it arrived at the Consulate.

Use the date you submitted the petition. Don't read too much into the question.

scy,

I hope he didn't - I-129f can be submitted only to a USCIS Service Center, or in the case of a spouse to the NBC.

I knew he didn't but I meant the question as a way for the guy to answer his own question. Here is the logic. If you didn't submit the petition directly to the consulate, and the I-134 asks the date you submitted a petition, then why are you asking us about the date a petition arrives at the consulate when it was forwarded by NVC. So the answer is, use the date I submitted the petition not when it arrives at the consulate.

No offense, but, wouldn't this answer have been easier to type the first time around, rather than asking me a question, you already knew the answer to?

Anyways, thanks for the answer
