Hello VJers I need your help. My fiancé is starting to fill up the form i134. his questions are number 7 and 11. He is retired and is receiving checks every month and above poverty level. Question number 7 , he don't have any business but he owns a renting house, does he need to write it down or write none? I would write RETIRED for the first part of #7 where employer info goes.

QUESTION NUMBER 7: Needs to put his annual income as it will be reported on his taxes. This can include retirement income, VA benefits, as well as rental income, whatever it takes to get above the 125% poverty level.

1. I have on deposit in savings banks in the United States: $ ( needed to answer if above poverty level?) Not really, but it can't hurt.

2. I have other personal property, the reasonable value of which is: $ ( will he need to write his renting house as his answer to this question? How about his car? His house with mortgage ) All personal property that he owns, minus any amounts owed (if any). Real estate is below. But again, if his income is above the 125% point, it's not truly necessary.

3. I have stocks and bonds with the following market value, as indicated on the attached list, which I certify to be true and correct to the best of my knowledge and belief: ( this is not applicable to him) Write NONE

4. I have life insurance in the sum of: With a cash surrender value of: ( this I still need to ask him) Amount(s) or NONE

5. I own real estate valued at:(not applicable to him) It IS applicable, if he owns his house and a rental property, they should be listed here.

With mortgage(s) or other encumbrance(s) thereon amounting to: $

Which is located at: , (Street Number and Name)

QUESTION NUMBER 11:

He will put a check on intend?or? Put a check in DO NOT INTEND, then write N/A - K1 VISA on the lines below.

Thanks in advance for your help:)

thanks for the reply DavenRoxy i really appreciate it.. Ill talk to him tomorrow about this when he wakes up.

He gets $80791.44 per year..

So he can put none in question number 2 above, but in his tax return it will show he have another property , but in his tax return he show his other house as a lost. So will he put none or write all his property? Uugghhh stressful hehehe
