Is packet3 sent to beneficiary in an email in Nigeria? Or do we still wait for a mail?

I sent an email to Nigeria embassy (requesting for Instruction on what to do next) immediately my k1 case status shows ready on https://ceac.state.gov last week and I received a reply to the email i sent to Nigeria embassy this morning.

The response contains attached PDF files with k1/k3 June 2013 packet and medical packet with the instruction that my fiance should follow.

Are they (embassy) still gonna send me a mail as packet 3 or is this email the packet 3? Meanwhile i already paid visa fee and scheduled my interview..

I am going to do my medical this week and police report next week.

So, here are my questions;

1. Should i be expecting packet 3 or is this email the packet 3?

2. Can anyone narrate the steps he/she took immediately the case got to the embassy?

3. how long it takes to get the police report and how much is the fee.

4. how long it takes to get the medical report and how much is the fee.

I have asked one amazing member of visa journey already but my fiance just wanna be sure. So anyone who already had interview in Lagos consulate? We need your help.

1. That PDF is the packet 3 for instructions and 156/156k

2. Do police clearance and medical's it will take you just 1wk,,. Police clearance u'll get same day and medical's u'll get in 2days

3. Police is 5k and medical's at children practice Ikeja is 12k to zenith bank and 8500 for vaccine.

Please can you tell me how you already schedule your interview without get a letter or email from US Embassy, Lagos. I got my case # from the NVC three days ago and I am waiting to hear from the US embassy.
