Can you submit things to USCIS that you know you're likely to get an RFE for?

For example, I sent in a scanned print of her letter of intent

I'm instructing her to send the original to me now.

Is there any way to send this to USCIS and have them add it to the case before adjudication?

Mailing it to them including the case receipt #, alien registration #, etc.

Or safer to wait until they request it, lest I lose the original?

I'm thinking it's safer to wait for the request...

General advice on here is to wait until they request it - else it may not get tied up properly to your case.

This is true.

I'm also reading cases of others who have sent scans/photocopies getting approved w/o RFE.

So we'll play the waiting game, but I'm having her send it up this way anyway.

others say don't.. I didn't btw.

take your noa1 address (which service center it went to)

send your docs with a cover letter explaining the contents and using all the reference numbers

mail it to the address you have attn. 129f unit

hopefully no rfe, but if you do, you have copies already.. might as well hold on to two of those intent letters (originals)

in my case the letter and file did marry up before noa2
