Are all the workers at the VSC on vacation? This is the slowest I have ever seen...1 or 2 approvals per day!!

Compared with the 12 /day at the CSVcrying.gif

Petitions from June , July and August are being approved in California while we Vermont filiers are waiting

4 ,5 ,6 or more months....

is there somone or something we can do do show our frustration?

Can we all write letters to our government or call someone to find out why such a big disparity....

I am a May filier with no clue as to when i can plan a wedding or even go see my fiancee to arrange vacation

i knew the immigration issue in the country is a mess but i didin't realize it is this bad...i am beginning to wonder if i will see my fiancee before the New Yearranting33va.gif

Welcome to USCIS. I remember back when we March 2012 filers were waiting 8 months for VSC... the service centers go back and forth on how fast they are. We waited until the 6 month mark to contact our congressmen/women for assistance, which is debatable on if it actually helped or not. I hope it speeds up for you. Keep the faith... you will make it through this and be together!

Like many you didn't know about nor care about immigration issues until you became affected by the situation. You made decisions that led you to need to file for a visa for someone. The timing of that was entirely your own determination.

Now you expect swift action by the U S government. That isn't going to happen. You are just one of the 2.5 million cases they are working on. You also want people you don't know to jump on the letter writing band wagon again. I don't think you even know who to address the letter to. That's ok because you were never in this position before.

Write to your politicians. Demand they answer you. Demand to know the last actions they took on immigration and the next as well. Tell them it isn't good enough. Demand the resign. Tell them the band wagon is full; to expect many letters. \

Plan your wedding? Try about 12 months from now the adjust.

Visit your fiancée? Leave asap.
