THIS IS WHAT I GOT THIS MORNING:

On September 10, 2013, we transferred this CRI89 PETITION TO REMOVE CONDITIONS OF PERMANENT RESIDENT STATUS RECEIVED to another office for processing because they now have jurisdiction over the case. We sent you a notice of this transfer. Please follow any instructions on this notice. You will be notified by mail when a decision is made, or if the office needs something from you.

UCSIS RECEIVED MY APPLICATION TO REMOVE CONDITIONS ON MAY 29 2013.TODAY SEPTEMBER 17 I SAW THE EXACT SAME NOTE ON USCIS WEBSITE ( PETITION TO REMOVE CONDITIONS OF PERMANENT RESIDENT STATUS RECEIVED, to your local USCIS Office for further processing)

AND PRETTY MUCH I INCLUDED SIMILAR DOCUMENTS TO APPLICATION PACKAGE.EVEN LITTLE LESS DOCUMENTS COMPARE TO YOU.

JUST WANTED TO LET YOU KNOW YOU ARE NOT ALONE:)

Do yourself a favor and ask for a Service Request NOW. Ask for a confirmation in writing (aka send you a letter) so you won't have to wait ANOTHER 45-90 days in addition to the 90 days already mentioned.

Reason being if you don't push them, they'll end up delaying your application till the world's end. Don't let that happen, be proactive today!

Did anyone of you get a NOA letter in mail!

I have a suspension that the cases are actually sent to CSC.

Guys, irrespective of the case status and 800-375-5283 updates, all cases look like are getting transferred to CSC only. CSC is faster, so be happy.

I just got my NOA2 and it states CSC (my 800-375-5283 mentioned local office at St. Albans, Vermont & case status mentioned local office)

Guys don't freak out, unless you have had RFE and case is transferred to local office, all other cases are transferred to CSC to balance workload if you get the transfer notice. We june filers whose cases transferred to CSC around Aug 19-22 haven't heard anything yet. So just sitting here and waiting how long would it take for CSC to approve the transfer cases. Hope it will be soon.

I am joining the list too lol, same thing, same story.

On 07/2013 I Filed I-751 to remove conditions (I'm NY Resident since i got married), and sent to USCIS Vermont Service Center.

I mailed all documents/evidence that so many users mentioned here and maybe more.

Aug 2013 I received 1st letter saying my GCard extended for 1 YEAR.

Aug 21st did biometrics and took fingerprints.
Then On Sep 17, 2013, Received (Notice of action I-797C)
Application Type: CRI89 , PETITION TO REMOVE CONDITIONS OF PERMANENT RESIDENT STATUS RECEIVED
We transferred the application above to our CALIFORNIA SERVICE CENTER location for processing because they have jurisdiction over the case. We sent you a notice of this transfer. Please follow any instructions on this notice. You will be notified by mail when a decision is made, or if the office needs something from you. If you move while this case is pending, call customer service. We process cases in the order we receive them. You can use our processing dates to estimate when this case will be done.

Last sentence in that notice says ( The 15-day premium processing clock does not start until the correct office receives the application or petition).

-------------------------------------------

While if you check your status online on uscis.gov this is what you will read.

we transferred your CRI89, PETITION TO REMOVE CONDITIONS OF PERMANENT RESIDENT STATUS RECEIVED, to your local USCIS Office for further processing. The new office has jurisdiction over your case and will send you a decision as soon as processing is complete or you will be notified if further information or action is needed. If you move, please use our Change of Address online tool to update your case with your new address.

so probably we have to sit relax and wait and wish ourselves good luck. like some lawyers told me on other site.

Most of the cases filed since may/June are transferred to CSC. House voted on Defunding Obamacare meaning this could shutdown the government forcing USCIS to cut off their staffs. I am really afraid this will even prolong this drama in coming days directly impacting our approval timelines.

We june filers haven't heard any update until today. Our cases were transferred around 19-23rd of Aug and no update from CSC yet. Not sure if our clock reset as soon as cases are transferred. Lets sit back and wait to hear something soon.
