Which dates of I-130 form is USCIS currently processing/reviewing?

Anyone have additional/official information on the new I-130 processing center?

Ours was filed in January 2103 and it took then the full 6 months to do it and send it to NVC, ours is still at NVC. we have paid the $88 for I-864 and also paid the $230 for DS-230. Then both forms filed on 14th of August 2013 , we are still awaiting for it to be complete !!!. Don't know how long this part takes, however i had my Medical yesterday so hopeing it wont take much longer for my Interview in London Embassy. Hope this helps others out.

London is one of the few places you can have a medical before obtaining an interview letter. Most countries don't allow you to do this because most often the visa will expire 6 months after the medical date, not the interview date. Hopefully you'll get a case complete and interview soon!

Hi everyone :-) I have several questions i would like to know about i-130 form and timeline for it .

I wonder if anyone knows which dates of i-130 forms are processed at the moment by USCIS? can that be known?

If someone sent i-130 form recently, in July 2013, what would be approximate time of approval? Receipt number starts with MSC, i guess it is National Benefit Center? Is this center slower or faster than the other ones or just same like the others, based on your experiences ?

the only way to get a fix on your timeline is to actually know where and how your petition is being processed.. it will probably go to a local office, but there is a chance it will stay at nbc and possibly go to the new Kansas center.

the ONLY way to find out is by getting a tier 2 IO on the phone.

I wouldn't worry about trying to get information until at least the four month mark. there are plenty of links to the local offices on the site if you search for them.. then it is up to the volume at the local office
