  1. 1. What does this prove?

    • In the digital age, whites are the victims and blacks are the oppressors.
    • It proves nothing, you moron.

3% of Americans connect to the internet at home via dial-up.

At 5%, Hispanics are the most likely group to have dial-up internet connections at home, compared with whites (3%) and blacks (1%).

It's because blacks steal wifi from their paying neighbors and the poor white dudes can only afford dial up.

ain't stealing if there's no lock on it bro.

well like most race statistics never take them at face value.

My first question would be.

1.How many blacks are on the internet in total. Is the 1% because blacks are more likely to be poor and have less internet over all ? Statistics mean nothing if not adjusted for other factors.

If whites are twice as more likely to have home internet then of course the numbers will be lower for dial up

I would suspect this is the case

Some guy comes and takes all the aluminum cans out of my recycle bin before it gets picked up.

That is getting to be a major problem. Hopefully, he is not dumping the rest of the trash on the ground.

There are homeless wars over who gets the rights to what neighborhoods to get the cans, and trucks cruise through late at night to buy the cans from the homeless rummaging through your refuse. The cities and sanitation districts and the private garbage companies are losing money every time that happens.

I have a buddy that lives in San Francisco across the alley from a couple bars, and every night the bums come into the alley to collect the bottles. The city now wants all commercial establishments to keep their bins locked up, and to pay for nightly pick-up, instead of weekly.

Classical liberal whimsical absurd ridiculous solution. Instead of preventing bums from going thru the Business owners garbage make the working business owners go thru a lot of hassle and extra expense ?

Classic liberal reaction
