what about when we are the nefarious organization? who checks us?

Oh, we should be checking ourselves, for sure. Just not by pulling our own pants down.

Even better.

Look what the mafia does to their traitors. At least Bradley Manning didn't end up in dead in the trunk of some car in the Bronx with his cut off pecker in his mouth. That would've been my choice for his punishment. I'd say he got off light compared to what a real nefarious organization would've done to him.

and that's why manning is going to do time, for pulling our pants down. it isn't about the information that was leaked, it's about snitches get stitches.

give it time. i'm cynical sure, but considering the war on drugs and the new, improved war on terror..i want to know the sort of things that manning released.

No, I disagree. If he really had specific concerns about certain things, he could have brought those to light in a more productive way. Instead, I think he felt some sort of power-rush and used his connection to give all information to a random rapist. He didn't know what was in there. It wasn't about the content, for him.
