One of the reasons for this is that the embassy closed down due to bad weather and flooding of the metro...their system, I think is adjusting and updating to accommodate those who were not able to come and for those who came but was turned away.

I don't know what would be the best course of action for you but I think you should keep the interview date...I guess for extreme circumstances you may just risk waiting longer or paying another fee.

Keeping the Faith.

Oops as for your other concern, I don't think it will be very grave if you reschedule...the reason must just be very valid...its just right now, all of us are caught up in some technical dilemma due to force of nature.

Keeping the Faith.

If you don't wanna do it on the date you scheduled, you should cancel the appointment you made just so it don't affect your applivation. Don't just do a no show, don't take risk, we all know we have all been waiting for this process. But you are the one to decide still, as of now there has been a bad storm in Manila so a lot of aplicants for sure has been cancelled for their interview dates. Just so you know it's hard getting an interview date on the date you really wanted.
