Timeline

Priority date: june2011

Case creation date: april 2013

Interview: december 2013

After the interview CO told me that everything is fine and complete at my end just some official work to be done by her and we ( me and my 2 years old son) can expect our passports within 3 months but no sign of visas :(

Case status showing administrative processing for me and its always ready for my kid

6 month started and no updates last was 3rd april 2014 we are really really worried abt this!!!

We are in AP For the same reason..that and they wanted more Evidence of our Relationship..everything has been sent in about a week ago..let me know how it goes!!!

Getting married this week - will make a better update later - but we got Security review finished Jan 2014, and left AP Feb 2014 (Doctor rectification).

So,how long was you in AP after you sent in the CCP E-Mail? Was there a 2nd Interview or did they just ask to have the Passport Mailed to them?

March 12th 2013 Teresa was interview when they moved us into Admin processing

October - I emailed the government asking for further details - they emailed me back, stating only Teresa could ask

<Teresa never contacted them>

November Security clearance was granted - but doctor exam was needed again <it had expired>

January did doctor exam

February got Visa

May 13th, drove with Teresa from Vancouver Canada, into the US.

June 8th 2014 - we're getting married.

Oh,Ok..when we Left the Interview in Guangzhou they gave my Wife a Blue Sheet telling us to send in CCP E-Mail,we did a week later ..still waiting,I think you case was a little Different..

Are you doing K1 - or CR1?

We did K1 - and both got the Blue Sheet, and then emailed in a CCP E-mail <At least that's what Fiancee lady says. :secret: >

We are doing the CR-1,And I was just trying to get an Ideaa of how long of a wait after you send in the CCP E-Mail until approval.I know the E-Mail has to got to Washington D.C. for Name Clearance..We sent our E-Mail on May ,10

Yaayy visa status reads READY called NVC and they said the visa was approved it has been 86 long days

Hi Liz&Ivan Congrats for your update!!! you was in AP after your interview? and can I ask to you why you call NVC and not Consulate or Embassy to know your visa status? Thank you!!

Hi i contacted NVC cause they have up to date information on your case. In cuba its impossible to reach a human that you can talk to. Its all recordings.
