Hi VJ's , Concerning the beneficiary's address , I dont know what to write in it in the form i130 because I have never received anything in my home address ( they ve never delivered anything to my home!!) mad.gif and am afraid to lose what USCIS gonna send me ! would it be acceptable to open a box in the post office and write that address ? unsure.png

If you are referring to Page 1 of the I-130 where they ask you to provide the Beneficiary's (Relative's Information) you must put the address where this person resides. They are not asking you for a mailing address. A PO Box would not suffice.

The beneficiary doesn't receive anything from the USCIS regarding an I-130 petition that is not also adjusting status. Do not worry about the beneficiary receiving mail.

are you waiting for anything?

the first thing you should recieve is packet with interview information. and you must wait for the application process to go thru to NVC and then to embassy

and they need home address and your Morocco phone number

For the for USC you can usw a different address then your home. I am not sure about a PO Box though as I had an alternative address I wanted to use and USCIS said that was ok. For the foreign spouse you need their home address where they live.
